Kevin Davies
Kevin Davies was born in Columbus, Ohio and was raised in South Florida. His family moved to the western part of NC in July of 1989 and then moved to Asheville in 2003. Prior to insurance, Davies worked in the building materials business where he managed a retail lumber company and handled all of the inner workings of the business. He managed 40 employees and oversaw Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Payroll and Purchasing departments. From there he managed a wholesale building materials company where he did the same thing. He never had any prior insurance or sales experience before coming to National Agents Alliance®. Kevin Davies got his license in December of 2004 and contracted with National Agents Alliance® to write business on a part time basis. His son Stephen introduced him to National Agents Alliance®. After attending the 2005 National Convention he made the decision to quit his job and put all of his efforts into National Agents Alliance®. He was expecting to see a group of people that were all alike and not like him so that would be the reason he could not succeed. When he saw the top producers in the company and that they were all just regular people he said to himself, “If all these people can do this, so can I.” “What I like best about National Agents Alliance® is the integrity of the company, the true team player attitude of the agency managers that are really driving the company, and the forward thinking, big picture mentality of Andy, Barry, and Philip.” Kevin attributes his success to listening, plugging in completely, and by following the system. To stay focused he reads books and keeps a positive attitude by remembering the key to success is realizing the opportunity cannot be judged by one day, week, or month. He is committed to making the decision to succeed and by sticking with that decision is the only way to sustain long term success. His strength of mind has most likely inspired his family to become so involved in National Agents Alliance®. His daughter Colleen, 27, is a licensed agent and works with her husband Paul Kincaid, who is an agency manager. Stephen, 26, is a Master Agency manager. Brendan, 17, is getting licensed very soon and his wife Nancy is the office manager for his agency. “National Agents Alliance® has improved my life in the fact that now I have complete control of my life, time to do what I want, more income, and real opportunity to grow an agency and create an income stream that will last for life.”
